Brain Imaging
The two well known neuroimaging modalities are functional MRI (fMRI) and Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) which are used in cognitive and clinical neurosciences to investigate the brain's gray matter (GM) functions and white matter (WM) micro-structures, respectively. The main aim of brain imaging group of AMIRLab is developing methods to improve brain imaging procedure and data analyzing of fMRI and DTI.
A-BOSS (Averaged-BOSS) is one of the AMIRLab developed methods to improve spatial resolution of fMRI using conventional 3-T MRI scanner.
